Before joining Tay River T’NT in January 2013 I was feeling down. I had severe knee pain and there were a lot of daily tasks that I found challenging. I decided to try the T’NT Gym for 1 month to start moving again and to learn about fitness so that I could continue on my own. After the first month I tried working out on my own but I soon realized that the support of the gym was what I needed to stay focused. By the end of the second month I loved it so much that I decided to become a life-long member of T’NT!
Already I am a different person! I have very little knee pain, I can do so many things that I wasn’t able to do before, but most of all I feel happy, strong and healthy! I still have goals that I want to achieve, but I am motivated now! I normally come to the gym 5 days per week and try for more. I encourage others to come and try it but I know that they have to be ready, and I know that when they are T’NT will welcome them and that they will love it like I do.
