Healthy Living Program for Women
Weight Management SeriesThis is a 12 week
program designed to teach all the tools necessary to maximize your
health and maintain a healthy weight for the rest of your life.
The program involves an intense commitment of three nights
per week with individual assessment, group support, education and
exercise. No gimmicks, no pills, just medically proven strategies. In week
one you will have a private meeting with a registered nurse to assess your
health status and program goals. During the program, you will have monthly
weigh-ins and measurements in private consultation. We will offer blood
testing to assess the staring points (cholesterol, glucose etc) and to
measure progress.

Program Outline:
Exercise Classes: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Nutrition/ Education Sessions: Wednesday 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Please wear comfortable clothes and running shoes for work outs. We may be
exercising outside, weather permitting.
Nutrition/ Education Sessions:
6 sessions $60.00 or $15.00 per session.
Exercise Classes Only: $250.00
